Once logged in, you can access your personal member pages.

The member pages are private; each customer can view only their personal information.

In the My Orders (https://www.simplyequine.org/account/my-orders)tab, you can get information on previous and current orders.

You can:
 • View order details (date, payment method, etc.)
 • Download Hair Analysis Instructions (within 30 days of purchase)
 • Track orders that have shipped

What is the shipping timeline for my order?

Orders are processed and shipped the same day if placed by 4pm CST (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 4pm will ship the next business day. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
